Prominent developer of Shiba Inu (SHIB), Shytoshi Kusama, has shared new insights regarding the release of the warmly anticipated layer-2 network. In response to a query, Shytoshi stated

that there cannot be any specifics, “You want an exact date? No… I don’t have one because the release won’t be an on/off switch”

According to CoinMarketCap, Shiba Inu trading volume has shot up nearly 42.45% in the last 24 hours as its price hovered above its key $0.000013 level. At the time of writing, SHIB was up 1.14% since the past day at $0.00001301 with a 24-hour trading volume of $382,908,529.
